If you have a problem, please let us know right away. We are not manufacturers, but rather individual artists and artisans who strive to create one of a kind treasures. We want you to LOVE your purchase!

We want happy customers. To that end, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the original purchase date. If you are not happy for any reason, kindly email us at customerservice@runninghorseranch.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will strive to assist you in finding a replacement item which you’ll love, or we will issue a full refund if you prefer. 

After emailing us, please ship your item via a trackable and insured shipping method to the following address:

Once we receive your item, full refunds for returns will be reflected on your original form of payment within one billing cycle. For exchanges, we will contact you via phone or email to find another item you will love.
